Dressing like a lady has changed! Now it's all about the #girlboss, which means standing out and what better way than with colour. Red and pink is such a gorgeous combination at the moment, because of the juxtaposition of colours.
We all have so much millennial pink in our wardrobes because it was absolutely everywhere last year, and still is. But how do we update it? I've been showing you lately, how to play with colours for 2018 and for this post, it's how to update millennial pink.
Whether you start small or go all out like me, red and pink is the most interesting colour combination we've had in quite a while. If you'd like to start small and test out the trend, then throw on your favourite pink ensemble, and start with a red lip. I'd suggest going for a more orangey red to make the pink pop and keep the look young and bright. If you're not a lipstick person, then add a scarf tied around your ponytail or even just add a hint of red in either your shoes or bags. Going all out? Throw on the red dress you wore on Valentines Day, then add your pink through your accessories.
I've shopped the best pink and red pieces for you, it's your turn to mix and match.
