THE UPDATED VERSION OF MONOCHROME

Monochromatic outfits is something we have seen all over the runways for the past few years. It is a trend that has stood the test of time, and is one of the easiest to update, all you have to do is change the colour. For my Autumn wardrobe I selected colours that will last through to the Summer, and that means muted, pastel shades. You saw my last post on baby blue (if you didn't it's here), and this post is on my other picks for this year, khaki and blush, which just so happen to work really well together. Mix your khaki's with one pastel shade, for autumn and spring, mix one pastel shade with navy and black for winter and then mix your pastels for summer, its a year of clothes in a few pieces that you can mix and match. The other great thing about monochromatic outfits, is if you're buying two matching pieces, they can create countless outfits, whether worn together or separate with other pieces already in your wardrobe.
